<p>PURPOSE:To adjust to a fixed resistance value by forming any one of connection electrodes of a resistor film into a comb type conductor pattern and then cutting a plurality of lead out legs. CONSTITUTION:The electrodes 2 and 2' are printed and calcined rectangularly to the resistor film 1, and the electrode 2' has the conductor legs 6-9 in strip form. Thereby, it follows that the resistor film 1 is provided with resistance values DELTAR for adjusting finely cut resistor films 11-13 divided in the longitudinal direction in opposition to the resistance value R of the main resistance film 10. The strip form conductor legs are scanned with a laser light spot in the direction of the arrow 14, and then the values DELTAR are successively added to R. By this method, lacerations or cracks of the resistor film due to the thermal impact of the laser light beam do not generate; therefore the stability increases, and surge resistance characteristic largely improves.</p> |
