PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in taking-out a sheet material by checking if a vacuum absorbing and transporting means absorbs a sheet material at the max. pressing position or not and allowing said means to stay at the position for a prescribed time, in case of not, in a vacuum absorbing and transport taking-out system. CONSTITUTION:Time count is started with start of operation of an absorbing panel transfer mechanism 3, and then it is detected that a pressure sensor PS absorbs a sheet or not. When absorption is not carried-out completion of absorption is checked by the pressure sensor PS until the absorbing panel transfer mechanism 3 reaches a prescribed position. When absorption is completed, a prescribed time is read-out and a necessary time to reach the top dead center is set onto a timer. Therefore, after the lapse of the time set on the timer, the absorbing panel 2 is to be on the sheet. Absorption is carried-out by keeping the absorbing panel 2 on the sheet for a prescribed time, and the completion of absorption is confirmed by the pressure sensor PS. Through the repetition of such checks in every time, generation of trouble in taking-out operation can be prevented even in high speed treatment. |
