<p>To a pulper, an apparatus is connected which has a a rotor 11, 11' with a combined conveying and beating action. The rotor here rotates upstream of a screen which is arranged perpendicular to the axis of rotation thereof and separates an accepts chamber 3 from a pulping chamber 2. This extraction apparatus is connected via a line to the pulper 1 which is connected either to the bottom, to the rim thereof or to the centre thereof. In this way, the suspension predominantly containing the dirt fractions is discharged into the apparatus 10. It is thus possible to remove the dirt collecting in the pulper 1. The arrangement is intended mainly for waste paper reprocessing plants.</p> |
