摘要 With the servomechanical power-amplification device for hand tools, the hand power required in the use of a hand tool, e.g. sheet metal shears, is reduced by any constructionally selectable factor desired, without thereby altering the fundamental properties of the hand tool. The manual control of power and movement of the tool lever is possible just as well as with the original hand tool. According to the invention, the servomechanism is characterised by a motor-driven coupling shaft whose friction moment produced by a hand lever acts on a cable drum mounted in the tool lever. The friction moment proportional to the hand power on the coupling lever is converted by the cable drum into a cable pulling power proportional to the hand power. The cable connected to the opposite tool lever pulls the two tool levers together in the same direction as the hand power.
