PURPOSE:To make it possible to replace a working tank in an electric discharge machine with another one which is optimum for a work, by enabling the working chamber to be removed so that it is replaced with another one with the use of a movable bench. CONSTITUTION:A working tank 15 which is adapted to be removably set on a table 5 on an electric discharge machine, is arranged on a movable bench 21 having caster wheels. The bench 21 is approached to the electric discharge machine so that the working tank 15 comes to the position above the table 5. The bench 21 is fabricated such that it surrounds around the bed 3 of the electric discharge machine, and is further provided with a device for vertically moving the working tank, which lowers the latter to fix it on the table 5. The removal of the working tank is made in the reverse order of the above-mentioned steps. |
