PURPOSE:To markedly reduce the speed-change operation time by shifting a gear into neutral state with clutch in semiclutch state and cutting-off clutch, selecting to the speed-change stage to be put-in, when speed is changed. CONSTITUTION:Speed-change control is performed by proper operating each actuator 10, 20, 30 for select, shift, and clutch operation through the control by an electronic controller 50 for opening and closing valves V1-V4 and flow-passage selector valves V5-V8. In said electronic controller 50, the clutch actuator 30 and the shift actuator 20 are operated at a same time by a speed-change signal, and the operation for returning a gear in semiclutch state to neutral state is performed. Then, the clutch is perfectly cut-off, operating the select actuator 10, and then the shift actuator 20 is operated to carry-out shift to the speed-change stage to be put-on, and then the clutch actuator 30 is operated to connect clutches. |
