PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of the whole device and reduce installation space by providing one unit of a transfer mechanism provided with a transfer chain in a put-in and -out device of pallets for mounting a work to put in and out alternatively a pair of left and right pallets. CONSTITUTION:A machine base 10 is disposed opposed to a working table of a machine table M. On the machine base 10 are arranged parallel to each other a pair of left and right support beds 30A, 30B for supporting movably forward and backward a pair of left and right pallets 20A, 20B. An endless transfer chain 41 rotatable forward and backward below the respective support beds 30A, 30B is arranged horizontally and longitudinally between the respective support beds 30A, 30B. Also, on a portion of the transfer chain 41 is provided an engaging pin 45 which projects to engage selectively engaging fittings 21a, 21b provided on the rear ends of the pallets 20A, 20B. The pallet engaging this engaging pin 45 is put in and out of a working table of a machine tool M. |
