PURPOSE:To perform discharge control with high precision, by detecting the load of a material, which is stored in a hopper-type tank, passing on a weighing carrier roll by a load cell and comparing the load in a comparing device to control the discharge quantity in the titled plow which scrapes out the stored material from the hopper-type tank. CONSTITUTION:The stored material scraped out from a tank 4 by a plow 2 is dropped onto a weighing belt 14 and passes on a carrier roll 15 and is discharged from a chute 16 by a discharging conveyor 5 after a momentary quantity of transportation is detected by a load cell 9 provided in the roll 15. The momentary quantity of transportation is calculated in an operating device 10 on the basis of the signal detected by the load cell 9, and this numerical value is compared with a discharge quantity, which is set by a discharge quantity setter 11, in a comparing device 12. If this difference exceeds a prescribed range, the rotation number of the plow is changed to control the discharge quantity. Thus, the lag of the control is resolved to control the discharge quantity with high precision. |
