PURPOSE:To raise the exactness of the injection of a grout into fine interstices under a low pressure by a method in which a grout is put into a pressure pot for grout injection, and pneumatic pressure is applied to the upper part of the pressure pot to inject the grout through an injection pipe inserted into the injection port into the fine interstices. CONSTITUTION:A ballast base concrete 2 and a ballast concrete 3 are provided on an invert concrete 1, injection holes 6 are drilled at a given interval in the concretes 2 and 3, and a packer nozzle 7 is inserted into the injection holes 6. An air blow prevention sphere 8 is put in a pressure pot A, its lower part is connected to the nozzle 7, and an upper grout charging port 9 is also provided. Compressed air of a pressure slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure is sent through a distribution valve 10, a pressure regulator valve 11, and an air hose 12 to slowly and exactly inject a small amount of grout in the pressure pot A into the fine interstices below the concretes 2 and 3. |
