<p>PURPOSE:To refresh the filter for filtering and collecting of a fine particle by a method wherein a part of a generating pressurized fuel is injected into a cylinder at the end of an expansion stroke or during an exhaust stroke with a change-over valve provided on a distributing head. CONSTITUTION:A distributing passage 11c and a distributing passage 11d are formed in a distributing head 25 of a distributing type fuel injection pump. A pressurized fuel is delivered to a injection nozzle via a delivery valve 12, a delivery valve holders 22a, 22b. A change-over valve 27 is arranged at the intermediate part of a communicating passage 26 for communicating of the distributing passages 11c, 11d. A spool 29 of the change-over valve 27 is made to be deviated against a spring 34 with a driving part in which a solenoid is used. Therefore, communicating passages 26a and 26b become respectively communicatable condition, a part of a pressurized fuel is made to be injected into the other cylinder at the end of an expansion stroke or during an exhaust stroke.</p> |
