发明名称 THERMAL REACTION CONTROLLER
摘要 PURPOSE:To change the heat transfer rate to a reactor by changing transiently the pressure of the heat transfer gas based on the flow rate changing factor of the material gas and changing the flow velocity of the gas. CONSTITUTION:A flowmeter 11 sends a flow rate signal 11a of the material gas to an arithmetic unit 12. The unit 12 delivers a pressure set value changing component signal 12a based on the changing factor of the signal 11a. An adder 13 adds the signal 12a to the pressure set value N and delivers a signal 13a. A pressure controller 15 opens and closes a control valve 10 based on the signal 13a and a pressure signal 14a in a reforming furnace 2 sent from a pressure gauge 14. Thus the controller 15 opens the valve 10 for a fixed period of time in case the plant load increases and the flow rate of the material gas increases suddenly. As a result, the exhaust gas burnt by a burner in the furnace 2 and set at a high temperature passes in the furnace 2. Thus a reformer 1 is heated higher. The valve 10 is closed when the plant load is reduced and therefore the gas flowing speed is reduced and the heat transfer rate is also reduced. Then the heating of the reformer 1 is suppressed.
