摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust easily the relation between the position of a drive carriage and the exciting phase of a drive motor, by fixing two fastening screws of both ends of a pulley inserted to a revolving shaft of a drive motor with shifted specific angle in radial direction, to the rotary shaft, in a floppy disc device. CONSTITUTION:Two fastening screw holes are provided at both ends shifted by 180 deg. in radial direction of the pulley inserted to the revolving shaft 5A of the drive motor 5 and the pulley 6 is fixed to the revolving shaft 5A by screwing fastening a screw 7 to the fastening hole. In the mounting of this way, when the clearance between the revolving shaft 5A and the pulley 6 is 2/100-3/100 which is easily processed normally, the eccentricity between the revolving shaft 5A and the pulley 6 is cancelled at both ends to be <=1/100 and no effect is given to the feeding error of the magnetic head. Further, the pulley 6 is fitted obliquely to the revolving shaft 5A, but this is a negligible error in comparison with the mounting accuracy of the device such as drive motor and magnetic head drive carriage.
