PURPOSE:To obtain a belt which has an excellent getting-on-and-off efficiency and functions reliably, by locating a shoulder belt so that it can function following the opening and closing movement of a door. CONSTITUTION:A belt's (1) end part at an indoor side of a car is connected with a belt retractor 2, which is secured at a car center side of a seat, and a belt's (1) end part at an outdoor side of the car is fixed at a moving tongue 3 which is situated so that it can slide on a guide rail 4 mounted at a side roof part and can move forward and backward through wires 7 and 8 by means of a driving mechanism functioning following the opening and closing movement of a door. The moving tongue 3 hooks in a fixing buckle 10 when it arrives at the nearest position, and the belt 1 is coupled with a car body. A releasing device 12 is placed at the fixing buckle 10, and works by means of a device 16 functioning following an operation of a door knob. This causes the shoulder belt to work following the opening and closing movement of the door, and thus, the belt, which has an excellent getting-on-and-off efficiency and works reliably, can be provided. |
