<p>PURPOSE:To effectively carry out a designing job of a framed structural steelwork by producing a list where various engineering constants and handy constants are arranged to each steel stock and checking whether the prescribed conditions are satisfied or not successively in the order of higher positions of the list. CONSTITUTION:The handy constant showing the price movement of each steel stock on the market and the weighting of the hardness of manufacture, etc., is stored in a handy constant memory device 11 for each steel stock. This handy constant is multiplied by the unit weight of each steel stock stored in a steel stock list recorder 3 through a handy weight calculator 13 for calculation of the handy weight. These calculated handy weight are arranged in the order of smaller levels by a handy weight arranging device 14. Then a selection subject steel stock list producer 15 produces a selection subject steel stock list together with various engineering constants of the corresponding steel stocks. And optimum steel stock selector 17 checks whether or not the engineering conditions are satisfied to the subject steel stock in the order of steel stocks at higher places of the list and selects the steel stock that satisfies the conditions at first.</p> |
