PURPOSE:To obtain a blow-molded product of polyester in which the polymer solidified in a sprue is void-free, by injecting a polyester having an alkylene terephthalate as a principal repeating unit through a small hole of a specified shape. CONSTITUTION:A polyester having an alkylene terephthalate as a principal repeating unit is melt molded by injecting the melt through a small hole of a shape of an ellipse, long ellipse, or rectangle satisfying the relationship (wherein a is a major axis or a longer edge, and b is a minor axis or a shorter edge) into a cooled die of a desired shape at a high pressure. EFFECT:The solid polymer has no void, and it is possible to obtain a blow molded product excellent in pressure resistance and drop impact resistance. USE:Containers for food and drink, cosmetics, etc. |
