PURPOSE:To prevent the short circuit of a P-N junction of a light emitting element by providing a projection barrier of a different height between a plurality of mounting parts. CONSTITUTION:A recess 18 which works as a reflection plate is formed at the tip of a lead frame 11. A plurality of the mounting parts whereon a plurality of light emitting elements 12 and 13 are arranged are provided at the bottom of the recess, and further the projection barrier 19 is provided between a plurality of the mounting parts. When constructed in this manner, the crawl-up of a conductive paste 14 to the light emitting elements 12 and 13 at the time of mounting the elements 12 and 13 does not occur, and then the short-circuit of the P-N junction can be prevented. |
