PURPOSE:To simplify the mictoscopic-level weighing by bonding a strain gauge on a beam which is mounted at one end of a grip-combined casing containing an electronic circuit for conversion into a weight value and computation and provided with a spoon-shaped weighing tray at a tip thereof. CONSTITUTION:A microscopic object to be inspected is put into a spoon-shaped weighing tray 6 and the leveling of a casing 3 is checked with a level 8. A beam 4 made of a plate spring material deflects under a load of the object to be weighed and a distortion proportional to the load is generated on the surface thereof. This distortion causes a change in the resistance of strain gauges 5a and 5b provided on the surface and back of the beam 4 respectively and generates a deviated voltage with the amplitude proportional to the load in a bridge circuit D. This deviated voltage is converted into a weight value to compute with an electronic circuit built into the casing 3 and indicated on a display 1 on the casing 3. This simplifies a troublesome microscopic level weighing work. |
