PURPOSE:To obtain the ferrite magnet, in which axes of easy magnetization are arranged along the magnetizing direction of a magnetic field, easily by deforming a ferrite sheet by a die with a projecting section and cutting off a projecting strip section and magnetizing it. CONSTITUTION:A mixture 1 of magnetoplumbite type hexagonal system ferrite particles and a medium mutually combining ferrite particles is passed between rotary rolls 2, and changed into the magnetically oriented ferrite sheet 3. The sheet 3 is wound on a shaft 4 and unified. A roll-shaped magnet 6 is deformed to an approximately gear-shaped section by the die to which a large number of the projecting sections 5 are arranged in the radial direction at intervals. The projecting strip sections are cut off, and molded to a cylindrical shape. A magnetized magnetic pole is set, and magnetized. |
