PURPOSE:To perform always exact punching by providing guide surfaces inclined forward on the front and rear of a base plate, engaging movably the front and rear of a displacing member therewith, and moving a puncher together with the displacing member with respect to the base plate by the operation of a driving member interposed between the base plate and the displacing member. CONSTITUTION:A punching device for a converter is constituted of a base plate 1, a puncher 3, and a displacing member 2 for displacing the puncher 3 on the base plate 1. The plate 1 has guide surfaces 6, 7 which are inclined forward on the front and rear thereof, as well as a longitudinal guide groove 8 which is inclined backward at the intermediate of both surfaces 6, 7. A displacing member 2 engages movably at its front and rear with the surfaces 6, 7 of the base plate 1, and a driving member 12 which moves the member 2 with respect to the base plate 1 is provided between the plate 1 and the member 2. A puncher 3 is positioned on the member 2, is provided with a slider 14 fitting slidably in the groove 8 of the plate 1 and moves according to the movement of the member 2. |
