PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and simplified work by arraying alternately a pin connected to each X and Y directional wiring pattern at a location corresponding to the cross point of a matrix section to link selectively each subscriber line to a desired exchange wiring, and projecting them on a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:The X directional wiring pattern group connected to a subscriber line 12 is formed on a surface layer on the printed board 21 in a matrix section 17, and the Y directional wiring pattern group connected to an exchange side wiring 19 is formed to the back side layer via a connector 18 to be crossed with the X directional wiring pattern. The pin 22 is projected on the printed board at each through-hole. The pins connected to the X direction wiring pattern and the pins connected to he Y diretion wiring pattern are arrayed alternately in order. The desired matrix cross point is conducted by short-circuiting the adjacent pins of a desired position and each subscriber line 12 is connected to the desired exchange wiring 19.
