The strap consists e.g. of paper on which e.g. a telephone number is printed. The printed strap has at the rear a double sided adhesive polyester material attached. The top is covered with a single-sided self adhesive plastics. This second covering strip is overlapping at both sides. After applying a protective covering sheet, the required text is cut off and fitted into the blank space under the fixed ring number. The quality of the strip material and adhesive, ensure that the strip is not affected by weather conditions or acid.
