PURPOSE:To lower a heat loss and significantly improve a heating efficiency, by arranging such that a heat is recovered from a foul air exhausting side to a fresh air supplying side, the fresh air is heated up for supply to inside the building and a hot air heating is effected along with the ventilation of room. CONSTITUTION:A suction and exhaust means consists of a suction line and an exhaust line, and is normally installed inside the garret of roof for the purpose of supplying a fresh air to respective rooms 41-43 of building and of exhausting a foul air from respective rooms 41-43. The suction line comprises a duct 11 having its top end 11b branched off to respective rooms, a fan 13 and a damper 15, whereas the exhaust line comprises a duct 12 having its bottom end 12a branched off to respective rooms and a fan 14. The heat recovery means 20 is provided to connect with the suction and exhaust lines of suction and exhaust means 10, comprising a plurality of heat pipes 22 secured to a cylindrical body 21 partitioned to prevent the supply air for mixing with the exhaust air. A heating means 30 comprises a heat exchanger 31 and a heating source 32, and is adapted to further heat up the air which was heated up previously by means of said heat recovery means 20 when inserted into and connected with the suction line of suction and exhaust means 10 while in a heating mode operation. |
