PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which permits easy positioning of upper and lower electrodes with good accuracy by fixing the upper and lower electrodes respectively to electrode holding means mounted deviatably to upper and lower platens, and making the same attachable and detachable via guide means. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower electrodes 5, 6 are positioned and fixed respectively in prescribed positions by electrode fixing means consisting of lock bolts 14, 16 and positioning pins 15, 15 to electrode holding means, i.e., upper and lower plates 11, 12 which are mounted deviatably and freely attachably and detachably, via T grooves 3, 4 and T blocks 20, 27, to upper and lower platens 1, 2 and are constituted attachably and detachably with the guide of guide posts 13. The electrodes 5, 6 are electrically connected, via conductive members 24, 31 of copper, etc. embedded in the through-holes 23, 30 of the plates 11, 12, with the platens 1, 2 respectively so that electricity is made conductable to members to be welded grasped between both electrodes in the stage of welding. |
