PURPOSE:To exercise angle control in optional direction without sliding by connecting an object placing plate and a fixed plate with a flexible support, providing an electromagnet and an electromagnetic iron piece on opposite faces for attaining absorption and repulsion control. CONSTITUTION:The object placing plate 11 is arranged oppositely with a prescribed distance to the fixed plate 12 and the center of them is connected with the flexible support 13. A deep groove 13a having a prescribed depth, and the angle of the object placing plate 11 is changed in optional direction without sliding by the elastic deformation of the support 13. To change the angle of the plate 11, plural electromagnet iron pieces 14 and electromagnets 15 are fixed to opposite faces of the object placing plate 11 and the fixed plate 12 by using a retaining plate 16 and a shield case 17 respectively. A power supply 19 is applied to the electromagnet 15 via a control section 18 and one of the electromagnet 15 and the iron piece 14 is absorbed and the other is made repulsive, allowing to control e.g. an angle of the mirror 1 in optional direction (three axes). |
