<p>The invention relates to an apparatus for the distribution of dust-laden gas, especially of air laden with coal dust in coal dust-fired steam power stations, with an inlet connection for the dust-laden gas and with several outlet connections arranged at the end of a housing and distributed about the circumference. In order to prevent difficulties in the distribution of the dust to the individual outlet connections in such an apparatus, even when the flow speeds of the gas fluctuate, the housing is arranged standing vertically and is provided with a rotor which has a rotor casing whose external diameter is smaller than the internal diameter of the housing and whose outflow edge lies in the region of the outlet connections of the housing.</p> |
