Materials can be moulded with less than 8% water, are improved by also contg. a catalyst which retards the re-solidification of the material after a reduction in viscosity caused by thixotropy. - The delay in re-solidification allows the material to be poured out of the mixer into a vibrating mould where its viscosity is again thixotropically reduced, allowing the fluid material to complete fill the mould. After stopping the vibration the material solidifies in the same time that the material, free from catalyst, would take which contains 5-8% water.(0/0)
