The parent patent described an oven which is heated by circulating high pressure hot water through pipes in the oven space. An organic, heat transfer fluid such as a polyphenol is now circulated at low pressure through the pipes. The fluid is heated in a concentric jacket space surrounding a cylindrical chamber contg. the flame of a burner for fuel oil or gas or the element of an electric resistance heater. Thermostats are fitted to the fluid line and to the heater unit. - The fluid does not corrode scale or foul the pipe passages and offers high thermal efficiency at low pressures.(0/7)
