Rigid wire is used to manufacture the stand which accommodates bottles or containers for emptying. The stand is placed on a horizontal surface and has an almost circular base part (3) with two upwards bent support legs (4,5). These legs carry the main support cradle part (2) which is constructed from a loop-shaped wire part (6). Two loop shaped bent wire parts (7,8) function as a support, to determine the height at which the container neck is positioned w.r.t. a table surface.
