A camouflage netting and a method of manufacturing it is described, said netting having a camouflage sheet through which are stitched unravellable auxiliary seams. The seams take the place of the base net which supports the camouflage sheet in the prior art. The camouflage sheet may comprise a continuous sheet of a woven or non-woven fabric or a plastics sheet or discrete separated areas of such material. In the latter case, the areas are located upon a support sheet, which may subsequently be destroyed either deliberately or during use, and the areas stitched to the sheet. A grid-like pattern of stitching is preferred. |
