摘要 The transducer comprises an emitter 42 for discharging rays therefrom, a detector 48 having a fixed relative position with the emitter and a reflecting device 36 spaced from the emitter and the detector for reflecting the rays from the emitter to the detector, the rays or their prolongations converging toward a common focal point 60. The reflector is spaced from the common focal point. The transducer apparatus measures a change in the distance between the location of the reflecting device and the location of the emitter and the detector, the measurement is based upon the difference in the amount of the rays accepted by the detector before and after the change in said distance. It is preferable that the reflecting device be between the emitter and the common focal point. The natural resonant frequency of the transducer apparatus of the present invention can be selectively adjusted. The transducer may measure pressure, velocity, acceleration or altitude and the rays may be light, ultraviolet, infra-red, sound or subatomic particles. <IMAGE>
