PURPOSE:To detect a defect sealing state of a container filled with a high temperature liquid, by detecting the deformation of said container due to a reduction of the pressure inside the container which is generated by cooling. CONSTITUTION:If a sealed part 1 is adhered completely, a barrel part is depressed as shown dotted lines owing to cooling of the air within a head space. In such a case, a detection terminal 7 of a detector 5 has no contact with the part 6 of a container C. Therefore the detector 5 has no actuation, and the container C is conveyed as it is to the next process. If the adhesion is incomplete at the part 1 of the container C, the open air (atmospheric pressure) goes into the container C through the defective area of adhesion. Thus the part 6 swells out, and therefore the terminal 7 touches the part 6. Then a coupling rod 8 is pushed toward an arrow mark, and an L-shaped lever 9 connected to the rod 8 at a point 10 is turned toward an arrow mark. Thus the contact is detached from a switch S, and the circuits of a lamp, buzzer, etc. conduct to inform the presence of a defective product. |
