PURPOSE:To compensate amplitude deterioration of a reproducing video signal outputted from a VTR, and to execute a good synchronizing separation by providing a compensating circuit of amplitude deterioration by a noise reducing circuit, on a PCM device body side. CONSTITUTION:A compensating circuit 36 for compensating the amplitude deterioration is provided to a synchronizing separator circuit 30. In the figure, a reproducing video signal from an input terminal 2 passes through a video amplifier 3 and is inputted to an amplitude adjusting amplifier 31. The amplitude adjusting amplifier 31 amplifies the input signal to 1/(1-alpha) times, and it is made to branch to a 1H delay line 32 and an adder 33 and is outputted. An output of the 1H delay line 32 is inverted as to its polarity by an inverting amplifier 34, is multiplied by alpha by an attenuator 35, is added with an output of the amplitude adjusting amplifier 31, and is made to branch and is outputted to a comparator level generating circuit 5, a comparator 6 and a clamping circuit 4. In this way, amplitude deterioration by a noise reducing circuit 30 is reduced. |
