PURPOSE:A release agent having improved surface smoothness of mold to be released, containing a perfluoroalkyl group-containing phosphoric ester, etc., a specific oil or wax, and a perfluoroalkyl group-containing polymer. CONSTITUTION:The desired release agent containing (A) 100pts.wt. perfluoroalkyl group-containing phosphoric ester, phosphonic acid, phosphinic acid or their salts, (B) usually about 10-500pts.wt. oil having >=100 deg.C boiling point or wax solid at normal temperature, and (C) usually about 0.5-2.5pts.wt. perfluoroalkyl group-containing polymer. A (co)polymer of acrylic ester or methacrylic ester shown by the formula (Rf is 4-16C perfluoroalkyl, etc.; R<1> is 2-4C alkylene; R<2> is H, or methyl) is used as the component C. |
