CONSTITUTION:In performing linear coupling by magnifying a filter processing picture in a memory 3 by A and magnifying an original picture in a memory 1 by B, weight coefficients A, B are values inputted from a parameter input device 8 and are multiplied by a prescribed number at constant number multipliers 4, 5. In changing various parameters to one original picture, the processed picture data is obtained by coupling linearly the original picture and the picture processed at the filter after passing the original picture through a 3X3 filter 2 once. |
