PURPOSE:To simplify the wiring as well as the constitution of a control circuit and to reduce the number of a component part and space by controlling and detecting enbloc the optical signal sent from plural optical fibers with a single photoelectric transducer. CONSTITUTION:A clock pulse CP is supplied to a decoder 1 from an input terminal 20, and drive pulses DP1... which received a time division with the timing corresponding to the number of light emitting elements 2-1... of an LED, etc. are delivered periodically. A light beam which is successively lit up by the drive pulse having the timing shifted successively is irradiated successively at each detecting part from the end part of projecting optical fibers 3-1... and photodetected at the corresponding photodetecting fibers 5-1.... In other words, the optical signal is photodetected in response to the presence or absence of an object 4 to be photodetected at a detecting part. The optical signals are collected into one unit by a united block 6 and transduced into an electric signal corresponding to the light intensity by the photoelectric transducer 7 jointed to the block 6. The electric signal is amplified by an amplifier 8 and delivered through an output terminal 21. |
