<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently remove dust from dust-contg. gas being circulated in a high-temp. state as such, by using a layer packed with heat-resistant electric conductive particles instead of the plate precipitator of an electric dust precipitating system. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant discharge electrode 2 and layers 3 packed with heat-resistant electric conductive particles being situated at both sides of said discharge electrode 2 are provided in the passage 1 of high-temp. dust-contg. gas. High-temp. dust-contg. gas G is converted into purified gas G' by circulating it through the passage 1 to charge dust in it with electricity by the discharge electrode 2 and then through the layers 3 packed with the heat-resistant electric conductive particles to attract the charged dust with the particles. Thus, the dust can be efficiently removed from the high-temp. dust-contg. gas as such.</p> |
