PURPOSE:A composition that is composed of a polycarbonate resin, a polyester resin and a specific modified alpha-olefin polymer, thus showing improved impact strength as well as high moldability, chemical resistance and weather resistance. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a composition consisting of (A) 97-30pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin and (B) 3-70pts.wt. of a polyester resin are combined with (C) 1-20, preferably 3-18pts.wt. of a modified alpha-olefin polymer made by grafting 0.01-5, preferably 0.05-4wt% of vinyl compounds bearing polar groups onto an alpha-olefin polymer. Suitable component C contains an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer from 99.5-30mol% of ethylene and 0.5-70mol% of an alpha-olefin as well as a vinyl compound of an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or its derivative or anhydride such as maleic acid. |
