PURPOSE:To save the power of a device having a new function, while avoiding the reduction in the power efficiency of existing devices by transmitting an outgoing control signal in the order of a start signal from a base station to a power saving system device, a control signal to other existing devices and a call signal. CONSTITUTION:The outgoing control signal is transmitted from the base station in the order of the start signal 1 to a mobile device adopting newly the power saving system, the control signal 4 to existing devices not adopting the power saving system, and the call signal 2. In the device adopting the power saving system, a receiving section 11 operated at all times receives the start signal and transmits a demodulated output to a start signal receiving section 12. The receiving section 12 outputs a power-on signal to a power supply switching SW14 when the call signal to the own station is detected, and the SW14 supplies power to a main control section 13, which reaches the normal operation after a prescribed time, and after the sequence control, the data transmission and the tone transmission/receiving are performed, a power-off signal is outputted to the SW14 and the power saving state is reached. |
