PURPOSE:To enable efficient transfer under heating and to make a machine body compact, by providing an inside cylinder in a heated outside case in a freely rotatable manner to send a product to be processed to an evaporation chamber while transferred under heating. CONSTITUTION:Heated steam is supplied into a ring shaped evaporation chamber 3 at 3-8atm form a steam inflow pipe 4 to heat an outside case 1 to 20- 170 deg.C. A product to be processed such as juice or viscous liquid substance is fed under pressure from a constant volume feed pump 10 to be introduced into the lower part of a ring shaped gap 7 and raised while rotary force induced by the rotation of an inside cylinder 6 is added by friction with the wall surface to be heated. |
