PURPOSE:To make it possible to positively detect rainy weather, by connecting a continuous detecting circuit for issuing an output signal only when a rain-drops detecting signal is received consecutively for a definite time to a timer circuit for transmitted the rain-drops detecting signal at every minute time. CONSTITUTION:A rain-drops detector 1 is provided to the rooftop of a building. This detector 1 is connected to the timer circuit 4 provided in the lower box of a pyramid body 2 through a circuit 3a wherein a pair of linear measuring electrode 3 are arranged to the inclined surfaces of the pyramid body 2 to transmit a short-circuit signal while the timer circuit 4 is constituted so as to be capable of transmitting a rain-drop signal at every definite time, for example, at every 10sec and further connected to a continuous detecting circuit 5 which in turn issues an output signal when a signal showing rain-drops is received consecutively for a definite time from the timer circuit 4. By this method, rainy weather can be discriminated from water droplets not caused by rainy weather. |
