摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of turbine nozzle diaphragm in an accurate manner by a method wherein both ends of a nozzle vane are inserted into holes made in each of the spacers, filler material is filled in the grooves arranged in the inner and outer rings of the nozzle to weld the nozzle inner and outer rings to the spacers. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of several nozzle vanes 1 are inserted into nozzle vane insertion holes in the spacers 2 and 3, and each of the nozzle inner rings 7 and the nozzle outer rings 8 is fitted to an inner circumferential surface of the spacer 2 and an outer circumferential surface of the spacer 3. Since no seal welding is performed between the nozzle vane 1 and the spacers 2 and 3 at this time, no strain caused by the welding is found and an accurate assembling of them can be performed. Grooves 14 and 15 are arranged over an entire circumference at positions located in the desired depth on the outer circumferential surface of the nozzle inner ring 7 and the inner circumferential surface of the nozzle outer ring 8, and filler materials 16 and 17 composed of several fine wires are filled in each of the grooves 14, 15. Thereafter, electron beam weldings 9 to 12 are applied while filler material 18 is supplied, and each of the spacers 2, 3 and nozzle inner and outer rings 7, 8 are connected to each other.
