PURPOSE:To decrease the processing time of an original with a simple constitution, by shifting an original shift board with accurate position accuracy with a single DC servo motor. CONSTITUTION:A DC servo motor 1 shifts an original in the return direction in its forward revolution mode, and the revolving position of the motor 1 is detected by a shaft encoder 2. This motor 1 is controlled by a motor control circuit 3 which works in response to a phase difference between the revolving position pulse given from the encoder 2 and a synchronizing pulse. A subscanning speed control circuit 4 counts the phase pulses (b) sent from the encoder 2 then selects the fast forward subscanning speed and the normal subscanning speed in response to the prescribed forward subscanning length set value 48. |
