<p>The invention comprises two conveyors for feeding or loading fish, each composed of three chains of troughs, i.e. a central chain and two lateral chains situated laterally next to one another, which carry the bodies, the heads and the tails of the fish. The lateral chains return to their starting point once two knives situated on each side of the central chain have made a cut, the central chain continuing up to the end of the machine, so that the bodies of the fish can be subjected to the subsequent full treatment.</p> |
