PURPOSE:To enable to stop an engine immediately at the time of reverse revolution of an engine by changing over a cam roller to the position of transmission interception by the reverse rotation of a fuel injection cam for intercepting the operation of a plunger immediately. CONSTITUTION:When an engine is regularly rotated, by the rotation of a fuel injection cam 18 in a direction A, a cam roller 17 is positioned to push its shaft 26 to the left end of a long slide hole 27 of a tappet 38. Consequently, in the linkage with the rotation of the cam 18, a plunger 19 is pushed up against a spring 20 via the tappet 38, and the fuel in a cylinder chamber 22 is pressurized and supplied to a fuel injection nozzle. Then, when an engine 1 is reversely rotated to rotate the fuel injection cam 18 in a direction B, the cam roller 17 is pushed to the right against a spring 30 and moved to a transmission interception position Y. Thereby, the tappet 38 and the plunger 19 cannot be risen, and the supply of fuel is intercepted to stop the engine immediately. |
