摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain highly accurate small hole distribution data readily without personal errors, by automatically performing each valve manipulation based on the pressure value in pipes. CONSTITUTION:When a control device 14 is actuated, a valve V1 is opened by the output value from a pressure gage 9 and the signal from a range switch 15 through a motor 11. A gas is introduced into a pipe 5 through an adsorption gas introducing port 6. The valve V1 is closed by the detected pressure of the pressure gage 9. Then, a sample valve V2 is opened by a motor 12, and the gas is introduced into a sample cell 1. When the achievement of equilibrium is judged by the detected value of the pressure gage 9, the pressure at this time is recorded on an XY plotter, and the valve V2 is closed. This procedure is repeated, and pressure graphs are obtained. Based on the pressure graphs by the adsorption and the pressure graphs by the discharge, the specific surface, small hole volume, small pore-distribution, and the like of the sample are computed. Therefore, the accurate data without personal errors can be readily obtained.
