PURPOSE:To realize transmission of both data and sound signals through the same circuit, by deciding a data signal if a carrier is detected when both signals are received in time division at the same circuit. CONSTITUTION:The signal is sent to an input signal discriminating part 8 from a network controller 5 to check whether the signal contains a carrier component. A data signal is decided if the carrier component is contained and then demodulated by an MODEM 6. When no carrier is detected, the input signal undergoes the sound recognition through a sound recognition/answer part 7. |
