PURPOSE:To simply and quickly consolidate the surrounding ground by lowering a consolidator while turning by a method in which a consolidator to consolidate the soil and sand of the wall of an excavated pit toward the outside of the excavated pit while excavating the ground is attached to the excavating shaft. CONSTITUTION:While turning excavating shafts 7 plurally provided in parallel, a pit 2 is excavated by means of a bit 9, and a consolidator 10 attached to the excavating shaft 7 is lowered while being turned, whereby consolidating the soil and sand of the wall of the pit 2 toward the direction of arrow. As a result, a pit 3 larger than the cross-sectional area of the pit 2 is formed, and the excavated soil and sand and a solidifying liquid 6, e.g., cement milk, etc., discharged from a discharge port 17 are nearly all left behind in the pit 3 without being discharged to the ground's surface. The excavated soil and sand and the solidifying lquid 6 are mixed together in the pit 3 by stirrers 13 and 14 to form a mixed soil and sand which forms an underground wall. |
