PURPOSE:To obtain a base impregnated fully with varnish by a method wherein a laminated sheet base material is brought into successive contact with a revolving roll whose lower part is dipped in varnish and steel belts having heating devices, further dipped into varnish and passed between squeeze rolls. CONSTITUTION:After the laminated sheet base material (such as woven cloth, paper, glass cloth, etc.) is brought into contact with the revolving roll 3 that revolves dipping its lower part in a varnish tank 2, is brought into contact with preferably a plurality of steel belts 5, 5', 5'' that rotate dipping their lower roll in varnish in the varnish tank 2 and are provided with heating devices 4 and furthermore is dipped in varnish and is moved through squeeze rolls 6. In this manner, a laminated sheet free from camber, torsion can be obtained without a high pressure molding for manufacturing the laminated sheet. |
