PURPOSE:To join metallurgically and securely a fusing member consisting of Al or an Al alloy via a specific joining layer of Cu powder, etc. CONSTITUTION:A joining member consisting of a grean compact or a sintered body of Al or an Al alloy is pressed to the joining surface of a fusing member consisting of Al or Al alloy via a joining layer constituted of 1 or >=2 kinds of powder among Cu powder, Sn powder and Zn powder or the green compact thereof, then these members are joined by heating. The members are metallurgically and securely joined without variance in the joint strength. |
