PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a business form due to erroneous setting or miss setting of a stopper by installing a means for automatic positioning of the stopper in accordance with the length of the busineess form to be transferred, onto a storing apparatus for business forms. CONSTITUTION:When a power source switch is turned ON, a driving pulse is transmitted from an initial circuit 11 to a driving circuit 12, and a transfer mechanism 11 is shifted in the direction of arrow y. At the same time when a stopper 2 shifts integrally in the direction of arrow y and reaches to the position of an original-point detecting element 14, said element 14 transmits a detection signal into the circuit 13, and the transfer mechanism 11 is brought into stop. When the business form P transported on a transport passage 1 passes through a detector 4, said detector 4 detects the business form P and transmits a signal into a light-electricity conversion circuit 5, which converts said signal into an electric signal. The transfer distance from the present position of the stopper 2 is calculated in a claculation circuit 8. When FF9 is operated by the detection signal for the first business form P in this case, the stopper 2 is shifted in X-direction in accordance with the data of a calculation circuit 12. |
